Součástí pregraduálního vzdělávání učitelů jsou praxe studentů učitelství, které se realizují v tzv. univerzitních nebo fakultních školách. Cílem této publikace je nabídnout různé možnosti využití konceptu univerzitních škol v programech vzdělávání učitelů. Inspirace a jednotlivé kroky, jak nastavit a rozvíjet spolupráci mezi univerzitami a školami, jsou popsány ve struktuře: organizace praxí a podpora spolupráce, aktivity na studentských praxích a požadavky na kompetence učitelů – mentorů. Publikace je jedním z výstupů projektu Erasmus+ EdUSchool – Enhancing European Teacher Education through University Schools, jehož cílem bylo posílit společné porozumění konceptu univerzitních škol těmi, kteří se na praxích studentů podílejí.
