Abstrakt
Organizačná klíma a veľkosť školy významne ovplyvňujú ochotu učiteľov zavádzať inovácie do výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu. Cieľom príspevku je analyzovať vzájomný vzťah týchto faktorov v prostredí stredných odborných škôl. Výskumu sa zúčastnilo 474 učiteľov, pričom bol použitý dotazník OCDQ-RS (Hoy, Tarter & Kottkamp, 1991). Výsledky ukázali, že najnižšie skóre otvorenosti organizačnej klímy vykazovali najmenšie školy, zatiaľ čo najvyššie hodnotenie dosiahli školy strednej veľkosti. Tieto školy zrejme poskytujú najvhodnejšie podmienky pre spoluprácu, profesijný rozvoj a zavádzanie inovácií do edukačného procesu. Zistenia poukazujú na potrebu systematicky podporovať pozitívnu organizačnú klímu a učiteľskú autonómiu v školách ako predpoklady pre rozvoj inovatívnych metód výučby.
