Abstrakt

Text rekapituluje přednášky Jana Zouhara v cyklu nevážných konferencí na téma Jídlo, pití a evropská vzdělanost, které proslovil v letech 2002 až 2019. S pomocí příkladů a odkazů dává jejich náměty a témata do souvislostí s tématy filozofie jídla, pro niž se etabloval název gastrosofie.
