The conference main theme "Music – Terra Cognita" anticipated the focus of discussions on the results of grant projects solved in recent years by the research team of the Department of Music Education, affecting a wide range of problems of contemporary music education in primary and secondary schools, in addition, there were extensive empirical findings presented musical and sociological research music preferences of university students in the Czech Republic.
