Abstrakt

Tato studie poskytuje konceptuální rámec designu a procesu hodnocení učebnic pro výuku ESP. První kapitola uvádí základní charakteristiky kvalitních učebnic z pohledu různých autorů, popisuje role, které při výuce ESP plní, řeší problematiku jejich obsahu a autenticity, zabývá se faktory, které je nezbytné při vlastním designu učebnice zohlednit včetně role učitelů, kteří učební materiály vytváří a pracují s nimi. Klíčovou částí kapitoly je vymezení principů designu učebnice pro výuku ESP, které vychází z teorií osvojování cizího jazyka, a popis samotného modelu procesu designu učebnice týkající se adaptace dostupných a tvorby nových učebnic včetně návrhu základních kroků designu jedné lekce. Druhá kapitola vychází z obecných přístupů a zásad hodnocení učebnic, diskutuje proces hodnocení učebnic pro výuku ESP a uvádí příklady seznamů hodnotících kritérií (tzv. checklists), jejichž návrh představuje jeden z dílčích cílů mého výzkumného projektu konstrukčního výzkumu učebnice pro výuku ESP.
