Název anglicky: Non-traditional students studying education in Czech universities
Monografie je věnována tématu netradičních studentů v terciárním vzdělávání. Hlavním definičním kritériem této skupiny je věk a přestávka ve formálním vzdělávání po dokončení střední školy. Z netradičních studentů studujících na českých vysokých školách byli vybráni studenti studující pedagogické obory, tedy obory, které poskytují kvalifikaci pro práci ve vzdělávání (např. učitelé, poradci, vychovatelé, sociální pedagogové, asistenti učitele, vzdělavatelé dospělých). Kniha je rozdělená do 11 vzájemně propojených kapitol prezentujících teoretická východiska, metodologii a výsledky výzkumu provedeného autory knihy s využitím smíšeného výzkumného designu.
